As part of the Controlling team, you will hold a strategic position at the heart of industrial performance and the site's digital transformation.

Your role : drive, challenge and support key decisions through precise analysis of economic and operational data.

In this role, you will be a true partner to the Factory Management, connecting strategy, finance, and operational performance to support the site's development.

- As transformer you help us to continuously enhance transparency, agility and
- efficiency in decision-making
- As business partner for plant managers and departments you provide transparency
- in reporting, analytical depth and real insights into our financials.
- As teamplayer in our controlling department you play an important role in our
- budgeting, forecasting and calculation processes and contribute to steer our financial
- performance proactively.
- As designer you develop and improve our existing and / or develop new processes
- and tools by leveraging digital solutions, automation and AI.

What defines you

- Degree in management, controlling, finance, or business IT, or equivalent training
- Proven experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing
- environment
- Excellent command of SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Power Automate, KNIME,
- SAP HANA)
- Analytical and structured mindset, combined with strong ability to challenge and
- support operational teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in at least two languages: French, English, or German (knowledge of all three is a plus)
